What: A park run by the town on Danvers. Along the network of roads and trails are meadows, pastures, forests, a pond and a playground. Picnic tables are located throughout the park.

Residents of Danvers pay a $1 parking fee. All others pay $3 for parking.

Where: 57 Forest St, Danvers, MA. Here is a map pinpointing it’s location. The park is located a short ways off Route 62, which can be reached from Route 1, I-95 or Route 128.

Description: I experienced a lovely walk around the grounds. There were goats inhabiting and area next to a barn, where we saw chicks and a rabbit. A father and son were fishing in the pond, and my son enjoyed the old-style wooden playground. Sand covers the ground surrounding the play structure, which is slightly annoying, but the structures are large and very interesting. Both little kids and big kids have places to play.
